– what precautions can we take to keep our diet health during Navratri fasting
– what should be done to burn the fat reserves in our body for energy during this festive season of Navratri
– if some one is on ketos diet how do they go about during fasting
-any specific way the fast should be broken.
– there are mixed beliefs some say they put on in the festive season and some say they loose wt in the festive season
-Acidity problem increases how do they cope
– how does the body cope as suddenly it has to go in non eating mode for 16-20 hours
– some devotes also fast where they do not have water so advice how they maintain there diet
